Shipping Policy

Where We Deliver We deliver within Singapore, with the exception of the following areas:

  • Jurong Island
  • Tuas
  • Sentosa Island and other offshore islands

If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery coverage, please contact us before placing your order.

Free Delivery Enjoy complimentary delivery on all orders SGD 180 and above. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

Standard Delivery (Top-Up) For orders below SGD 180, a delivery fee of SGD 35 applies. Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

Sentosa Island Delivery Deliveries to Sentosa Island are subject to an additional surcharge of SGD 35. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm delivery arrangements.

Ceiling Fan Installation Service We offer a professional ceiling fan installation service. When checking out, you may indicate your installation requirements to help us better understand the site conditions ahead of any service arrangement. Please note that the installation fee is not included in your order total — it is a separate service fee payable directly to our installation team on-site.

Free delivery is available for qualifying orders of SGD 180 and above, with or without installation.

Stock Reservation & Storage If you require delivery at a later date, we are happy to reserve and store your items after payment confirmation. There is no limit on the storage period, and we simply ask for at least 1 week's advance notice to arrange your preferred delivery date.

As this is a goodwill service, we kindly seek your understanding to ensure all items are fully confirmed and verified as suitable for use prior to reservation. This is to avoid any refund or exchange requests after items have been set aside for you.

Please note that any refund request made after 7 days from the date of payment confirmation will be subject to a forfeiture of 20% of the item value. Refund items are subject to condition where it has been unused/unassembled/uninstalled and with original packaging. 

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp. If you have any questions about your delivery status, feel free to reach out to us directly.
