Do we install fans not purchased from MBER Lighting?

Yes, but the item MUST be an Enterprise Singapore safety mark-approved model.

  • No warranty coverage for operational issues with self-purchased fan units after installation.
  • For any issues with a self-purchased fan, kindly approach purchasing store/agent for further assistance.
  • MBER Lighting will not be liable for any accidents that may occur due to the operation of a self-supplied fan.

Do we install lights not purchased from MBER Lighting?

Yes we do.

How do I confirm my installation order?

If you have completed your item purchase online and selected the installation option, we will be contacting you via WhatsApp for install schedule slot date arrangements within 1-2working days.

For self purchased items or KIV orders, do drop us a WhatsApp text to us at 8866 9450 to notify us of your install request.

All install fees will be collected at site after service is complete. Our install team accepts Cash or PayNow payments only.

What happens if I cancel my installation order after confirmation?

In the event of a cancellation after the installer has arrived on-site due to conditions that restrict the service from being performed, a transport fee of $35 will be charged for the attempted trip.
