1. What if I choose "Not Required"?

Selecting this option means you are purchasing the fan without installation by agent authorised installers.

• Please note that If you engage your own installer (non-authorised), the on-site servicing warranty will be void.
• We recommend using agent appointed authorised installation service to ensure full warranty coverage.

 

2. What is Concrete Basic Install?

• Ceiling Type is Concrete (Flat Surface)
• Ready wire point & switch provided in position
• Ceiling Height Below 3 metres, Agent Fees $50
• Ceiling Height Between 3-3.5 metres, Agent Fees $180

 

3. What is False Ceiling Install?

• Ceiling Type is False Ceiling (without Ready Reinforcement)
• Ready wire point & switch provided in position
• Ceiling Height Below 3 metres, Agent Fees $150
• Ceiling Height Between 3-3.5 metres, Agent Fees $180

 

4. What is Others?

Your installation type is none of the options listed therefore Please leave remark under "Order special instructions" in your shopping cart before checking out.
